We are now accepting Abstracts for the 2026 Ohio GIS Conference.

Deadline is April 30, 2026. extended until May 15th!

April 1, 2026 - Call for Abstracts Opened

May 15 - Call for Abstracts Closes

Week of May 18, 2026 - Speaker Selection Committee Meeting (TBD)

Week of May 25 - Selected Speakers will be notified

June 2 - Conference Registration Opens

August 28, 2026 - Hotel Room Block closes

September 14, 2026 - Conference Registration Closes

September 20, 2026 - Conference begins:

Workshops 1:00pm - 4pm (To be determined)
Exhibitor Set-up 4pm - 6pm
Map Gallery Set up 4pm - 6pm

September 22, 2026 - Conference ends by 4:00pm (To be determined by number of presentations submitted).

Cliff Lovin Scholarship - 2026 Scholarship Application is now open

The Cliff Lovin Scholarship is available to students majoring in geography or engineering and attending a college or university in the State of Ohio. The scholarship intends to support the geospatial industry by helping students interested in careers related to the field.
