Volunteers Needed
Help Set Up the Conference! Join us from 5:00pm-7:00pm in the Polaris Foyer at Hilton.
Join our early-arriving attendees and exhibitors as we begin setting up the Conference Trade Show and Map Gallery. We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic volunteers to lend a hand during setup—enjoy a little networking while you're at it! It’s a great way to meet fellow volunteers, connect with exhibitors, and get a sneak peek at the conference before it officially begins.
5:00pm - 7:00pm: Exhibitor Check-in/Trade Show Booth Set Up & Map Gallery Set Up
Stick around for a casual social gathering with light refreshments.
Conference Day 1 - Monday, September 21, 2026
8:00am - 4:30pm: Registration hours
8:00am - 6:00pm: Exhibit Hall/Trade Show hours
9:00am - Map Gallery Opens
9:00am - 10:00am: Welcome and Keynote Speaker
10:30am - 12:00pm: Breakout Sessions Begin
12:00pm – 1:00pm: Lunch on your own, plus visit Exhibit Hall/Trade Show & Map Gallery
1:00pm – 3:00pm: Breakout Sessions
3:00pm – 3:30pm: Ice Cream Social (Ice Cream Sponsor Opportunity)
3:30pm – 5:00pm: Sessions
5:00pm – 6:00pm: Networking/Trade Show Reception (Reception Sponsor Opportunity)
