Exhibitors: $875*
New Exhibitor Policy beginning in 2026 - Invoices must be paid prior to setting up your conference display. If you are unable to pay prior to the start of the conference, you will not be able to exhibit.
Additional Exhibitors (3rd, 4th, 5th or more): $425 each - You must purchase an exhibit booth first before you can add additional exhibitors. This rate is for a 3rd, 4th, 5th (or more) booth representative to attend.

CEAO Supporting Members: Please enter your discount code during registration to receive your discounted booth rate. The code must be entered before submitting payment. If you are unsure whether you are a Supporting Member or cannot locate your code, please contact us at 614-221-0707 and we’ll be happy to assist. Discount codes must be applied at the time of registration. Please do not complete payment by credit card and then request a refund, as the credit card processor charges us fees for refunds.
*CEAO has the right to correct your registration and adjust your price to the correct registration amount if not properly completed. Invoices must be paid prior to setting up their conference displays. If you are unable to pay, you will not be able to exhibit.
CEAO & Ohio GIS Conference Event REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY: Any changes to your registration must be made in writing via email to Maria Aventino, maventino@ceao.org. If you have paid by credit card, a $50 administrative processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. No refunds after September 11, 2026. No shows will be billed. CEAO reserves the right to make changes to completed registration information and the registration website to reflect accuracy.
Shipping/Storage/Packages: Hotel is not responsible for storage or materials handling. Please ensure that prior arrangements for storage or materials handling have been made with Hotel before any shipment of materials to the Hotel. If Group is approved to ship packages to Hotel, Group agrees that (i) all packages will be properly labelled with Group’s name, the name of the Event, the dates of the Event and the assigned event manager’s name and (ii) packages will arrive no more than three (3) business days prior to the start of the Event. Hotel will accept a maximum of 15 packages weighing no more than 20 each. Hotel does not have storage for crates. Each box/package sent will be charged in accordance with the following:
INBOUND PACKAGES:
•Standard sized box -- 11 ½ ”W x 18”L x 10”H, up to 20 lbs. @ $5.00 each
•Large/Oversized box -- Additional charges will be applied pending on size and weight.
•Pallet -- @ $150.00 each
OUTBOUND PACKAGES:
•Standard sized box -- 11 ½ ”W x 18”L x 10”H, up to 20 lbs. @ $5.00 each
•Large/Oversized box -- Additional charges will be applied pending on size and weight.
•Pallet -- @ $150.00 each
For all the prices quoted above, exclusive applicable taxes, and staff and house charges.
The Hotel’s receiving entrance is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Special arrangements must be made, in advance, for any deliveries not within this time frame.
Materials being delivered to the hotel must be addressed as follows:
